Howl at the Moon San Antonio sells this Sugar Skull design on apparel including t-shirts and tank tops and is one of their best sellers. Howl staff occasionally wear the shirt as their uniform as well.

The design was originally illustrated for a Howl at the Moon promo and was turned into shirt design after the promo ended.
